Fees exclusive of VAT on the value of the sale price.
0 to €5,000,000 – 5% (with a minimum of €0 before tax)
5,000,001 to €7,500,000 – 4% (with a minimum of €250,000 before tax)
7,500,001 to €15,000,000 – 3% (with a minimum of €300,000 before tax)
15,000,001 to €25,000,000 – 2% (with a minimum of €450,000 before tax)
Above €25,000,000 – 1.5% (with a minimum of €500,000 before tax)
Fees payable by the vendor in the case of a sale / payable by the purchaser in the case of an acquisition. Percentage exclusive of tax of the sale price exclusive of tax (unless otherwise stipulated in the mandate).
